Flavour: Dry, rounded, warm and full-bodied. Elegant, well blended tannins.

Serving Temperature: 18°-20°

Grillo is an ancient autochthonous variety from Sicily. It is more widespread on the west coast where the high temperature range between day and night, the effect of the light sea breeze and sunny condition result in a good balance of sugars and acidity levels in the grapes.

The Inzolia-Chardonnay is a blend of the native Sicilian white berried grapes Inzolia, also known as Insolia or Ansonica, which is combined with the international favourite Chardonnay to produce a quality white wine with rich floral and fruity notes, with faint scents of exotic fruits, nuts and honey on the nose.

Nero D'Avola translates from the Italian as Black of Avola, a city in the province of Syracuse, Sicily, and hails from the island of Sicily. Nero D'Avola variery is one of Italy's most important autochthonous vine.
